A Special Wood County Grand Jury hands down indictments and among the charges is attempted murder.
Donovan McClung is named in the indictments. He charged with attempted murder and attempted malicious assault on a governmental representative.
According to officials, McClung stabbed Vienna Police Officer Jeremy Bradley, who was responding to a domestic violence call in July. Officer Bradley survived the attack because the knife only penetrated his bullet proof vest.
McClung is still behind bars at the North Central Regional Jail.
