It's a hometown tradition many families enjoy every Christmas season.
The annual Live Nativity at Sweetapple Farm.
Churches from the area along with community members celebrated the birth of Jesus.
Members of the audience also got to participate in the nativity and sing Christmas carols.
Participants took turns telling the story of Jesus' birth.
The event is a way to get people thinking about the true meaning of the holiday season.
"Well, we always looking for ways to witness the people, tell people about the good news of Jesus Christ and he meant a lot to us in our life and we want to share that with many people as we can," says Eric Pickrell.
All proceeds will go to the Washington County Food Pantries.
