The Blennerhassett Museum hosted the 9th annual Quilt Show Sunday afternoon.
Quilt lovers from across the valley viewed different designs from various makers throughout the Mountain State.
West Virginia was this year's theme as several quilts showed relation to the state.
Some of the quilts were awarded as the best in West Virginia or in the show.
They were judged on things such as technique, precise and neatness.
"Everybody has their own ideas of what they're quilt should be, how it should be put together, what colors to choose, what makes good to them. A lot of it comes from their heart and memories of their grandparents who had made them a quilt years ago," says Brenda Wentzel of the Blennerhassett Museum Quilt Show.
The quilt show will continue until March 24th at the Blennerhassett Museum on Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 5pm and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.
Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for the kids.
