Drug charges land a Parkersburg man behind bars.
Brandon Mykel Perdew of Parkersburg and Samuel Shae White of Columbus were arrested by agents with the Parkersburg Violent Crime and Narcotics Task Force Wednesday.
The arrests came after an investigation into crack cocaine being sold from a residence in the 1300 block of Staunton Avenue.
Perdew, 21 and White, 25 were taken into custody after leaving the residence shortly after 8:30pm.
Perdew was found with marijuana at the time of the arrest. He is charged with two counts of delivery of crack cocaine.
White is charged with a parole revocation.
Both suspects taken to the Wood County Holding Center where they were confined pending arraignment.
After the arrest, officers searched the home at 1330 Staunton Avenue and found an amount of marijuana and two assault style rifles. One of those weapons had been reported stolen.
Charges are pending on a third suspect, after agents witnessed that person leaving the residents. A search of the suspect's vehicle turned up 69 grams of crack cocaine and a loaded gun.
