UPDATE: Arrest Made in New Matamoras Par Mar Robbery

Washington County investigators arrest the man they say was captured by security cameras robbing the New Matamoras Par Mar.

It's a case that led to several arrests.

But here's the main one.

Deputies arrested 24-year-old Joseph Slider.

In fact, a K9 tracked evidence to his home.

That's where they found evidence linked to not just that robbery, but one linked to a home invasion.

Investigators took a pistol, watch and stolen coins as evidence.

Three others were also arrested at the home.

Investigators tell us Slider told his roommates he robbed the Par Mar.

An armed, masked man robs a gas station in Washington County.

The sheriff's office needs your help.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office says it happened Wednesday morning just after 1:00 in New Matamoras.

Sheriff Larry Mincks says a man dressed in all black went into the Par Mar oil company off of Route 7.

The clerk there says the man had a knife and demanded money.

He left with over $400 in cash.

Investigators say the white man had a blue bandana across his face.

He is described as being young and skinny.

Police do have surveillance video and shoe tracks as well.
