A Washington County grand jury Tuesday handed down indictments, including one for a man accused of rape.
Roy James Campbell III was indicted on six counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in 2009.
The prosecutor's office says the alleged victim was thirteen-years-old at the time.
Kendra Dixon was indicted on two counts of possessing drugs, one count of forgery, one count of obstructing justice and one count of trafficking drugs.
Dixon was arrested following a traffic stop by the Ohio Highway Patrol.
Jason L. Strickler was indicted on charges of domestic violence, domestic assault, kidnapping, abduction and attempted murder.
The alleged victim fled to a neighbor's house where she reported the incidents.
The complete list of indictments the Washington County grand jury handed down Tuesday is below. As always, please keep in mind that an indictment is simply a formal accusation that initiates a criminal case. Those indicted are presumed innocent unless and until convicted.
