Wesbanco customers are being warned about a telephone scam.
Officials with the bank say Monday customers began receiving automated phone calls indicating their debit cards had been frozen.
People were then asked for their personal account information.
The bank says it wouldn't ask for that information over the telephone.
If customers responded to this call, the bank asks that you give them a call at 800-905-9043.
They're also asked to contact a local police department.
