Dent, Ohio (AP) -- A Cincinnati area congressman's latest public forum on health care drew more people shouting and protesting, though outside the event this time.

Unlike an earlier town hall held by democrat rep. Steve Driehaus, the one Wednesday night required a ticket for admission.

Members of the audience calmly spoke in groups of five.

Driehaus had been heckled and shouted down at the previous event.

The Hamilton County democratic party said the ticket distribution was necessary because of a high level of interest and concerns over capacity at the building in Green Township.

More than 100 protesters gathered outside to make noise on both sides of the health debate.

Shouts against government spending were traded with chants for health care reform.
