WHEELING, W.Va. (AP) - A body found in the Ohio River near Wheeling has been identified.

The Wheeling Police Department said Thursday that the medical examiner's office identified the body of 48-year-old Antonio Oxendine by tattoos and help from his family.

Police say Oxendine lived on the streets in Wheeling.

His body was found floating in the river Monday afternoon near the Ohio side.
