WV Ranks Near Bottom In Health Report

New York (AP) -- West Virginia ranks near the bottom according to the Annual Kids Count Report on the health and well-being of America's youth.

Out of 50 states, West Virginia ranks 44th. The report measures states in 10 categories, including child death rate, teen death rate and high school dropout rate.
