Charleston, W.Va. (AP) -- Charleston Police say they didn't cite the driver of a vehicle that struck West Virginia's First Lady while bicycling with her husband, Gov. Joe Manchin.
In the meantime, Governor's Spokeswoman Lara Ramsburg says the Governor is relieved Gayle Manchin's injuries weren't serious.
Ramsburg says the First Lady was taken to a hospital Sunday after the accident, but was OK and went home.
The accident occurred during a bike ride near the State Capitol when a vehicle pulling onto a road hit the First Lady.
The Governor was not hit.
