Berkeley Springs, WV (AP) -- The Morgan County Sheriff's Department has released the identities of three members of a Pennsylvania family killed in a weekend traffic accident near Berkeley Springs.
Deputy Tony Link identified the victims Monday as 78 year-old Fred LaCrone Sr., his 78 year-old wife, Gail LaCrone, and their 47-year-old son, Fred LaCrone Jr. All were from Altoona, Pa.
Link says a witness reported the victims' northbound van crossed the center line and collided with a tractor-trailer.
The accident occurred at 8:35 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 522 about 6 miles south of Berkeley Springs.
