Atlanta (AP) -- An Ohio man who had to use the bathroom on an International Delta Air lines flight from Honduras to Atlanta faces a federal felony charge.
43 year-old Joao Correa of Concord, Ohio, says his path to the restroom was blocked by a beverage cart March 28.
He asked if he could use the one in business class, but was told no.
Federal Aviation Administration policy says international flight passengers must use the restroom in their seating class.
He is accused of pulling a flight attendant's arm trying to get to the business class restroom.
He was arrested when the plane landed in Atlanta, charged with assault and spent two nights in jail and bonded out.
He faces an April 17 preliminary hearing.
