Weirton, WV (AP) -- The search is back on for a 26-year-old deckhand from Pittsburgh who fell from a coal barge into the Ohio River.
Jefferson County Sheriff Fred Abdalla in Ohio said his department planned to launch boats Tuesday below the New Cumberland locks and dam.
The Edison Queen from the W.H. Sammis power plant planned to conduct visual searches above the dam.
Michael Harvey fell into the river April 6 as the barge unloaded coal at the power plant.
Divers hired by his employer, Campbell Transportation Co., suspended their search Thursday.
The Hancock County Sheriff's Department in West Virginia and the U.S. Coast Guard are investigating.
