Charleston, WV (AP) -- The West Virginia School Building Authority has awarded $124.2 million for school construction projects across the state.
Authority members approved the grants Monday.
Some grants are for one year and others are two-year grants.
A list posted on the agency's web site shows that Marshall County received the largest amount, more than $23 million over two years.
The funding will be used to build a new Cameron High School.
Putnam County received more than $21 million over two years for a countywide building program.
Putnam's funding is contingent upon county voters approving a bond.
