Fairmont, WV (AP) -- The FBI won't comment on two West Virginia employees charged with spying on girls who were trying on prom dresses at a charity event.
Marion County Prosecutor Pat Wilson says the complaint identifies Gary Sutton Jr. of New Milton and Charles Hommema of Buckhannon as police officers in the Clarksburg Division.
Both were charged late last week with conspiracy and committing criminal invasion of privacy.
The FBI issued a statement about the incident, but it did not name the officers and would not answer questions about their employment status Monday.
Sutton has been released on bond, and Hommema is to be arraigned later this week.
Wilson says both offenses are misdemeanors, each carrying up to a year in jail and fines.
