Columbus, Ohio (AP) -- Ohio State University says it will graduate the biggest class in its history during this weekend's spring commencement.
The nation's largest university said Friday that the 8,162 students receiving their degrees at Ohio Stadium will top the previous record of 7,643 graduates, set in 2006.
The ceremony, scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. on Sunday, is expected to last about three hours.
History-making astronaut and former U.S. Senator John Glenn is this year's commencement speaker, and it will be a big day, too, for his wife.
Annie Glenn will receive an honorary doctor of public service degree.
