Charleston, W.Va. (AP) -- Residents and business owners in Calhoun County recovering from severe flooding last month are now eligible for a wide range of state and federal assistance programs.
Gov. Joe Manchin's office says the Federal Emergency Management Agency has added Calhoun to the list of counties qualifying for individual aid.
The programs range from temporary housing to low-interest loans or even grants for serious needs.
Calhoun joins Mingo, McDowell, Raleigh and Wyoming counties on the list of those qualifying for individual assistance.
