Columbus, Ohio (AP) -- Police in Ohio say they've identified the body found in an apartment with a 4-year-old last weekend as that of the boy's father.
Columbus police say 41-year-old Henry Reynolds was identified through fingerprints.
They say he may have been dead several days.
Authorities were called to the building Saturday after neighbors noticed a worsening smell coming from the apartment and a window covered in flies.
Coroner Jan Gorniak says the cause of death wasn't clear from the autopsy findings but says there's no evidence to suggest foul play.
Gorniak is still waiting for results of testing on what was in Reynolds' system.
The child wasn't hurt.
Franklin County Children Services says it has been in touch with relatives of the boy.
