CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department is investigating a decomposed body found by an all-terrain vehicle rider.
Cpl. Brian Humphreys says the rider discovered the body on Sunday in woods in the Cooper's Creek area.
Humphreys says the body was sent to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy.
He says identification wasn't immediately possible because the body was decayed.
