SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Police are investigating the shooting of a 4-year-old girl who was dropped off at a hospital in South Charleston.
Police tell media outlets that the child was dropped off at Thomas Memorial Hospital around 10:30 a.m. Monday. Investigators believe the shooting occurred in Sissonville.
Police say the girl's injuries aren't life threatening.
The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department and the South Charleston Police Department are investigating.
