COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ohio's insurance director blasts the latest delay in the rollout of the federal health care law.

Democratic President Barack Obama's administration announced Friday that an online health insurance marketplace for small businesses is being put off until November 2014 to make sure the HealthCare.gov website gets fixed first.

Insurance Director Mary Taylor, who is also Ohio's lieutenant governor, said in a written statement that the delay adds to the struggles of small businesses and further complicates an insurance market in chaos. The Republican has been one of the state's most vocal critics of the health overhaul.

According to an internal administration document obtained by The Associated Press, employers who want to buy marketplace plans for their workers now will need to go through an agent, broker or insurance company.
