MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - A Morgantown High School 14-year-old accused of stabbing a 17-year-old student faces a battery charge.

Morgantown Police say the teen stabbed the other student in the arm and chest several times.

A school resource officer helped stop the bleeding and the boy is expected to be fine.

Their names aren't being released because they're juveniles.

The 14-year-old also faces a charge of having a weapon at school.
