MASONTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Police have identified a South Carolina woman who was killed when a pickup truck hit her and two other people at a music festival in West Virginia.
Preston County Sheriff Dallas Wolfe tells The Dominion Post that 20-year-old Nicole Paris Miller of Mount Pleasant, S.C., was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident occurred Sunday morning at a campground at the All Good Music Festival in Preston County.
Wolfe says the pickup's driver lost control of the vehicle. It hit two vehicles and Miller, 20-year-old Elizabeth Rose Doran and 21-year-old Yen H. Tom, also of Mount Pleasant.
Doran and Tom were taken to Ruby Memorial in Morgantown. Tom was listed in good condition Monday morning. Doran's condition wasn't immediately available.
