WHEELING, W.Va. (AP) - U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin will discuss job creation, small business growth and educational opportunity during a tour this week of the Northern Panhandle and the Metro Valley.
The tour begins Wednesday with the Project Best Breakfast in Wheeling, where Manchin will discuss investing in public-private partnerships to boost economic growth and job creation.
Manchin also will visit Moundsville, New Martinsville and Friendly on Wednesday before hosting a roundtable discussion with students and faculty at West Virginia State University in Dunbar on Thursday.
He wraps up the tour with events in Charleston, Hurricane and Scott Depot on Friday.
