W.V. 2012 Wildlife Calendars Now Available

CHARLESTON, W.V. (AP) - West Virginia wildlife calendars are now available to help you plan 2012.

The cover of the wall calendar features a painting of a pair of wood ducks. Among the other 12 images within the calendar are a black bear, a red-shouldered hawk, a rainbow trout and a ruffed grouse.

The calendar is from the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources. Besides the featured wildlife, the calendar also contains facts and tips, including best fishing days and times.

The calendar is available at natural resources district offices, department stores and newsstands. The price is $10.
