CULLODEN, W.V. (AP) - A West Virginia man has been reunited with his best friend, and police are looking for a Hurricane man believed to be responsible for their separation.

Bob Fannin's beagle, Kenny, was taken earlier this week when someone stole his truck with Kenny inside while parked at a barbershop along U.S. 60 in Culloden.

The pickup was discovered near Winfield in Putnam County on Wednesday, but Kenny wasn't found until just before noon on Thursday.

An arrest warrant has been issued for the man who Cabell County Sheriff Deputies believe stole the truck. Police say 29-year-old Stephan Reed is being charged with grand larceny. He has yet to be found.

Fannin's family had offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to Kenny's recovery.
