SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal accident on the West Virginia Turnpike involving two tractor-trailers and a car at a toll booth.
Sgt. Michael Baylous says 34-year-old Jeremy P. Dickens of Beckley died in Wednesday night's accident near Pax.
A State Police news release says Dickens' car was struck from behind by a tractor-trailer that had failed to stop. Dickens' car then struck another tractor-trailer.
