It's December 1st and Christmas is right around the corner.
On Saturday, we're showing you how some communities in both Ohio and West Virginia are getting in the holiday spirit.
First, we'll take you out Route 339 in Barlow for their annual parade.
It's all part of the Christmas in the Village.
It all started back in 2006.
Part of the tradition of the Christmas in the Village is a parade and it's the fourth year for a Christmas parade of it's kind in Barlow.
Area businesses along with the Warren High School band made their way from Barlow-Vincent Elementary to the fairgrounds.
Kids enjoyed getting candy and of course seeing the jolly old fellow in the red suit.
This parade has everyone spreading their holiday cheer.
"It's really nice seeing all the local community support that comes out and taking part and all that. It's nice seeing the band out as well. And it's always of course wonderful when we have a beautiful day," says Heather Sammons.
The parade isn't the only event.
There's also a festival of lights drive thru at the Barlow Fairgrounds.
Nearly 130 vendors participated in this year's parade.
