Thursday marked the start of Ohio's oldest independent fair.
People headed out to State Route 339 for the 142nd annual Barlow Fair.
The fair began all the way back in 1871.
Kids and parents can enjoy free rides, a petting zoo and games to win fabulous prizes.
There will also a be tractor pull, live entertainment and various local vendors.
"The Barlow Fair is unique in a fact that it is a small fair tending to be just within this little community but represents all walks of life within Washington County, Ohio," says Barlow Fair Ground Member, Sidney Brackenridge.
The Barlow Fair will run through Sunday.
