Devola held an event Saturday morning for the entire community to enjoy.
It was their third annual Community Day.
People got to enjoy carnival games, face painting and live entertainment from the band, High Schools That Rock.
The event is a fundraiser to help improve the playground at the park.
Last year, Devola's Community Day raised $1,700.
"I just want the community in the future to be able to bring their kids down. It's really a family atmosphere down here with the pool and the shelter and it's just a good gathering place for families in this community," says Devola Community Day Committee Co-Chair, Jennifer Schenkel.
To get the playground installed, Devola would need between $40,000 and $50,000.
Donations can be made to the Marietta Community Foundation.
