United Bank holds its 18th annual Kids Golf Classic.
More than 150 golfers hit the course at the Parkersburg Country Club Monday.
Through sponsorships, contributions and player entry fees, the event raises money for the Boys and Girls Club of Parkersburg.
Last year the event raised a record $165,000.
This year's goal is $175,000.
"To date - we've held the event for 17 years now - and total proceeds raised is $1,875,000, so we're hoping to take it over the $2 million mark this year," says Chad Mildren, Regional President of United Bank.
United Bank employees and representatives from the various sponsors were among those golfing Monday.
