Bever was first arrested for gross sexual imposition. After further evidence from victims and his computer, Bever now faces both rape and gross sexual imposition.

Mayle is charged with illegal cultivation of marijuana in the vicinity of a juvenile and possession of criminal tools. Mayle previously served five years in prison for distribution of marijuana and cocaine.

Prosecutors say Cantwell was 19 years old during the February, March, and April interactions with a 15 year old girl. They say Cantwell met the girl online. The four year difference makes all three unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, forth degree felonies.
