Since early spring, people have been able to make and decorate their own Fenton glass ornamaments.
The latest in a series of decorating workshops was held Saturday at the Fenton Gift Shop.
For a $20 fee, residents could paint their own ornaments, using Fenton glass and a little bit of paint.
They can be used either for the Christmas tree or as a year-round suncatcher.
"They're beautiful in the window; they look really pretty with the light coming through," said Jena Blair, in Fenton's Tour Group Marketing Department. "We also have little stands so you can put them up, like on an end table. They make a wonderful gift."
Reservations are required, but the workshop is held on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month, from April through December.
And Fenton plans next weekend to celebrate the 400th anniversary of glassmaking in America with three days of tent-filled streets surrounding its Williamstown gift shop.
The Artistry weekend will feature glass artists from throughout the region demonstrating their work.
Hours will be from 8A.M. to 8 P.M. Friday, from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. Saturday and from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M. Sunday.
