A Meigs County woman pleaded not guilty to planning and carrying out the murder of her husband in court Monday.
The Meigs County Sheriff says Paula Rizer pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder in the death of her husband Kenny Rizer.
The judge set her bond at $495,000 plus a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
On April fourth, Kenny Rizer, was found dead at the couple's home with multiple gun shot wounds.
Paula Rizer was originally charged with simple murder, but Meigs County Prosecutor, Colleen Williams, says aggravated murder indicates Rizer also planned the shooting.
She remains in the Washington County Jail Monday evening.
