With more Swine Flu outbreaks occurring, health officials are getting more questions from people on how to prevent it.

Camden Clark Memorial Hospital's Medical Director of Emergency Services, Anthony Kitchen, M.D., says one of the most important precautions is to keep your hands clean.

Dr. Kitchen says just to use your normal soap and warm water, but be sure to wash between your fingers and under your nails.

He says if you do have flu-like symptoms to treat them, but if you begin having difficulty breathing or swallowing, or feel dizzy or dehydrated; that's when you should contact a physician.

"Use those measures and follow the guidelines as to when you need to be seen. There's no reason for a panic, just good common sense is necessary in this situation," Dr. Kitchen said.

He also says it's important to reinforce that people cannot get Swine Flu by eating pork.
