Millville, N.J. (AP) -- Authorities are waiting for further autopsy results before determining whether a southern New Jersey man found buried in his yard fell victim to foul play.
Cumberland County Prosecutor Ronald Casella says the case is unusual because a preliminary autopsy could not determine how Dreu Ferguson Sr. died.
The 58-year-old casino worker's body was found Tuesday buried outside the Millville home he shared with his mother and sometimes his son.
Casella says Dreu Ferguson jr. is among several people interviewed so far.
The son was found guilty of a 2003 murder in Spencer, W.Va., but the conviction was overturned last year by that state's supreme court.
