A former Wood County Circuit Court judge has passed away.
Arthur Gustke died at his home in Parkersburg Sunday. Family said the Parkersburg native passed away from heart failure.
He was 80 years old.
Gustke served on the 4th Judicial Circuit Court for 18 years and served as chief judge twice.
The Arthur N. Gustke Shelter for Youth was named in his honor.
Services will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg.
Visitation will be Tuesday betewen 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. and between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
