An important agreement was reached Tuesday during the Wood County Board of Education meeting.
It concerns replacing a wall at Parkersburg High School's Stadium Field.
After a misunderstanding between the school board and a neighbor next to the stadium lead to legal matters from both sides, each side sat down to discuss what needed to be done to the stadium wall and an agreement was reached allowing the board to do the work that's needed.
Assistant Superintendent of School Services Michael Fling says the agreement reached is the right thing for both the property owner and the school.
