Williamstown police believe they found the person responsible for a number of car break-ins, and a Sunday morning garage entering without breaking.
20-year old Damian Hines of Marietta is currently at the Washington County Jail, awaiting extradition back to Williamstown for at least one count of breaking and entering.

Authorities also say he is the primary person of interest in several vehicle break ins near the painters crossing area.
