A limo pick up, shopping spree and out to lunch.

It put a big smile on 7-year-old Michael Cormack's face Thursday.

Michael has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

He received his wish on behalf of Make-A-Wish West Virginia.

His mother says he just loves shopping.

The first step was a surprise visit to Toys R Us.

A cake, balloons and Geoffrey the Giraffe joined Michael and his siblings as they picked out toys.

It was Super Mario themed so he made sure to get a Wii-U and many different games.

"I don't know if he really has the grasp of everything that's going on and what's going to happen to him later in life," says his mother, Deborah Hall. "To me, this is just so wonderful, and it's just amazing that this is happened. "

On top of everything, Toys R Us employees got together and gave him and his siblings personal presents.

The next step was Walmart for more shopping and then Steak 'n Shake.
