Fatal ATV Accident

A Barlow man found dead near his ATV died from a heart attack.
Steven Proctor, 55, died Tuesday.

The initial report from the Washington County Sheriff described the scene as an ATV accident.

Family says the ATV was found in first gear, and it was determined Proctor suffered a heart attack during the ride.

Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks says Proctor was dead several hours before his body was found.
