29-year-old Brandon Allen - a former Detroit officer - was arraigned in Athens County court Monday.
He's charged with a dozen counts, including trafficking and possession.
You might recall, Allen was arrested last month in an Atlanta airport.
Investigators say he's part of a drug ring out of Glouster, Ohio.
Bail's set at $12 million.
Trial is set to begin October 7th.
