Agents executed a search warrant for Keith Transou's home on Wells Avenue after getting reports he was dealing drugs.
Transou's girlfriend, Angela Oliver, opened the door and as agents entered the residence two other females locked themselves in the master bedroom.
Dejha Dave, 24, and Ethelyn Boswell, 20, were in possession of 27 grams of crack and powder cocaine and nearly 12 grams of black tar heroin.
Agents also found plastic sandwich bags, razor blades, and a set of digital scales. Some of the sandwich bags contained cocaine packaged for resale.
All four are charged with one count of trafficking in crack cocaine and one count of trafficking in heroin.
They're being held at Washington County Jail without bond. They'll appear in Marietta Municipal Court Tuesday afternoon.
