Baby items of all kinds were being sought Sunday, for a charity which donates those items to needy new and expectant mothers.
Shoppers Sunday at Sam's Club in Vienna graciously donated the items...and money...to the Gabriel Project.
The organization, based in Charleston, helps West Virginia families in more than two dozen counties...including seven area counties.
It also accepts new and slightly-used cribs, new car seats and canned baby formula.
"Our baby bed is full of items," said Mid-Ohio Valley Coordinator Paula Schucts. "We have a baby bottle, and it has money with it. Any kind of contribution is a success."
