Temp employees at Hino Motors may soon be searching for a new job.
WTAP wanted to clear up some concerns from callers into our newsroom.
Hino Motors PR representative, Sandy Ring says they've yet to determine just how many temp employees may be let go.
He says no permament team members will be affected.
The decision to reduce the workforce stems from unexpected soft fourth quarter sales.
Sandy says the layoffs will be temporary and start at the end of February.
The move will reduce production volumes short term.
