The West Virginia State Police and the Parkersburg Drugs and Narcotics Task Force team up to bust a Wood County indoor grow facility.

Troopers with the WVSP say Adam Townsend was operating a sizable grow facility in the basement of his Hillcrest Street house in Parkersburg.

Agents with the task force processed the scene and say they found over 70 marijuana plants and thousands of dollars of grow materials.

Townsend was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture. He couldn't post his $30,000 bond and is at the North Central Regional Jail.
