The fourth trailer fire in a week.

Fire officials are releasing the name of the man who died in his home early Thursday morning as 73-year-old Ernest Creamer.

Creamer lived in Stewart, a small community east of Athens.

The Rome fire chief says the cold made it difficult for firefighters and their supply of water.

They arrived on scene around 2:30 a.m. Thursday and didn't get the fire totally out until after 9:30 Thursday morning when it caught again.

One firefighter was sent to the hospital with minor injuries after falling on ice, but has since been released.

The state fire marshals office was on scene Thursday.

The fire remains under investigation.

Athens County Sheriff Pat Kelly said the fire was reported at 2:39 a.m. Thursday in Stewart, a small community east of Athens.

The Rome Township Volunteer Fire Department responded, along with the Richland Area and Coolville Fire Departments.

Firefighters say the trailer was fully involved when they arrived and they were not able to rescue the man inside.

The victim's name hasn't been released.

The Ohio State Fire Marshal's office is investigating, along with the Athens County Sheriff's Office.
