Fall is officially here and leaves are piling up all over the Valley.
The City of Marietta designates spots where bagged leaves can be dropped off.
The city says bagged leaves can be dropped off at Indian Acres, Buckeye Park, Lookout Park and Greenleaf Landscapes compost facility on State Route 821.
Only bagged leaves can be dropped off at these spots.
The city says it will close the drop-off locations if people dump trash or yard debris.
City crews will begin leaf pickup on Monday, November 4th.
People are asked to not put bagged leaves out for the city crew to pick up.
The city says leaves should be raked between the curb and sidewalk, not into the street.
