Another great way to celebrate Father's Day - classic cars and old friends.

The 22nd annual Lions Club Car Show was held in Marietta Sunday.

The Lions Club puts this event on every year.

Participants say it's a great way to spend the holiday - catching up with old friends and showing off their own collectible cars - a hobby they didn't always have the time to take part in.

"Cars were not as plentiful and they were more of a necessity back then. Now it's more of a hobby, a way to spend the weekend just cruising's fun," says Warren Perrine, a Car Crafters member.

And it's all for a great cause.

Proceeds from the $10 registration fee pay for eye glasses for those who can't afford them.

Organizers say it's great that a fun hobby can contribute to the community.
